Timothy Thambu

Partner – Corporate & Commercial Law, Tax, Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Compliance and Construction.

Timothy’s key areas of specialisation are in tax, corporate & commercial law, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and construction. Timothy has vast regional and international experience including working as a Consultant to the World Bank on the Doing Business (now Business Ready) project in Washington D.C. Timothy is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Strathmore University as well as a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Andrew Waithumbi

Partner – Corporate & Commercial, Intellectual Property, Conveyancing & Real Estate, , Dispute Resolution and Employment Law

Andrew’s key areas of specialisation are intellectual property, dispute resolution, conveyancing & real estate as well as corporate and commercial law. Andrew is considered one of East Africa’s leading Intellectual Property (IP) lawyers and he has a wide array of experience addressing issues with respect to IP as well as digital assets. He holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and a Bachelor of Laws from Strathmore University Law School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
